Excek in partnership with JT3 interiors gave Spire Partners' headquarters a complete, first-class interior remodelling. Spire were moving to a new office which gave us a 6-week window to ensure everything was complete and finished to a high standard.

We conducted weekly on-site meetings with the client to ensure they were getting what they wanted at every stage.

This project required detailed logistical planning as the Grosvenor St area had a lot of work being done at the time so deliveries were restricted; work times were also restricted due to the number of residential properties in the area, which created a further challenge to scheduling.  

The results were an elegant boardroom with wood panelling and herringbone flooring in fitting with the traditional décor of a Grosvenor St property.

Spire Partners' office now has a client-facing area and an open-plan space for employees as well as a kitchen area with seating designed for breakout and collaboration.
