When Sauter contacted us to renovate their office build, we knew we’d be in for a complicated job because, as a building controls company, they know buildings well. This meant they’d have high standards for their own building, and that they’d definitely want to share their views on how the job should be done. We were happy to take on the challenge and work with them to for a fit-up they were happy with.
Challenges of the job included the need to modernise and upgrade a 1980s building. Building regulation changes and improves over the decades, so an older building needs to be brought up to scratch. The end result was an extensive modern office complete with a first-floor client training centre.
