The Task
The Estate Office wanted a bespoke solution to suit a market the space near Black friars Underground. They are a property investment company who have managed high-quality workspaces since 1966. They needed a light and contemporary work environment that would suit the local area.
The Result
After consulting the landlord and leasing agent, we put together a design that would deliver both on quality and cost. The new space took over five weeks of intense work, resulting in structural refurbishment of the flooring before a full redecoration. We finished the design with a naturally-inspired green and wood color scheme. The result was a versatile yet considered office décor with the right amount of furnishing so that a new occupier could be quickly up and running.
